Lake Texoma fishing license - a top item for any fishing trip check list.

To fish at Lake Texoma, you must have a current Lake Texoma fishing license. This license is valid until December 31^st following the date of issuance. This license grants license holders permission to fish in both Texas and Oklahoma waters of Lake Texoma, even if they don’t have a Texas or Oklahoma fishing license.

Buy a fishing license online or at the local shop before your trip.

Beverages

Bring your favorite beverages and snacks to enjoy while on the boat. Plan to bring enough for everyone to enjoy for a 4 to 5-hour fishing trip.

Cooler with Ice

Keep your catch cold by being a standard sized cooler with ice. If you want to keep your drinks separate, bring an extra cooler.
